MEET BROOKE

BROOKE PETERSON is a lifestyle expert whose cooking and styling career has spanned television, print and new media. Brooke has spent her entire life gaining experience in every facet of lifestyles, from food and fashion to home décor and to entertaining.

Starting as a young girl working in the kitchen with her grandmother she learned to feed a lot of people for a small amount of money. After mastering the kitchen she went to work for her mother who owned a couture design company where she learned to design a variety of soft goods from dresses to drapes. She continued to perfect all these of these skills as she worked her way through college in restaurants while continuing to work in couture and interior design.

Brooke most recently was the star and creator of ‘Cheap n Easy’ on YAHOO!, a cooking and lifestyles original series.  An instant hit, Cheap N’ Easy features Brooke’s own recipes and entertaining tips, teaching her audience to prepare meals in less than five minutes, using under five ingredients, all while costing less than five dollars.  Brooke’s quick wit and humor and tremendous attention to budget has allowed her to stand out among the three other chefs on the site, Martha Stewart, Wolfgang Puck and Rachael Ray.

Named by the Wall Street Journal and the Earth Times as ‘one to watch’, Brooke has worked as a correspondent for Showtime, V.I.P. Access and was the star and creator of ‘Cook with Brooke’ a teen cooking show on Varsity Television. She has also made appearances on the T.V.
